Discount Codes & Promotions

Always start by confirming your item is eligible for a discount.

DISCOUNT CODE TROUBLESHOOTING
- Make sure you’re entering the code correctly, all discount codes are case-sensitive.
- Check the expiry date, to ensure the code is valid.
- Check the Terms & Conditions for the code you wish to use.

APPLYING A DISCOUNT CODE ON MOBILE
To apply a discount code on mobile, first add your products to the cart. Then, tap the cart icon from the top of the page and select "Continue to Checkout". This will move you to the Contact step.

It is necessary to go back one step, by clicking "1. Cart" in the top ribbon. On this page, you'll find the option to "Add a Discount Code."

APPLYING A DISCOUNT CODE ON DESKTOP
When checking out on desktop, after selecting your products and adding them to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your details. On the right hand side of the Contact page, you'll find an option for "Add a Discount Code", input and apply your code in that box, before proceeding.
